Man Never Should Have Survived This Brutal Trucking Accident Says Atlanta Personal Injury Lawyer

The man and his wife filed a personal injury lawsuit against the truck driver and his company, in which they stated the trucker was driving recklessly. Evidence revealed the brakes on the rear trailer had slammed into the man’s vehicle were not adjusted properly and were mismatched. The case was eventually settled out of court about a year later for $1.4 million and the driver was fired.
