Bus Driver May Face Up To 40 Years in Prison for Causing Deadly Accident

According to police reports submitted as evidence during the trial, the driver admitted he had fallen asleep at the wheel. In doing so, he negligently breached his duty of care to his passengers, and may face up to 40-years in prison when sentenced in the New Year.
