Attorney Rachel Simon forms new firm in Seal Beach

Seal Beach, CA (Law Firm Newswire) July 18, 2013 — Attorney Rachel Simon is returning to Seal Beach with a new boutique law firm focusing on tax, business and non-profit entity planning, and estate planning. “The new firm provides an opportunity to offer exceptional legal advice and unrivaled client service at more reasonable rates than those offered by traditional large firms”, said Simon.
Ms. Simon was most recently a partner in the Huntington Beach office of Wasson & Simon, LLP, where she advised clients on various business and tax law matters. Her experience includes representing clients in acquisitions, reorganizations, and other strategic transactions. In addition, Rachel has represented businesses and individuals in state and federal tax controversies, provided general corporate governance counseling to many business clients, and assisted clients with estate and business succession planning.
Ms. Simon earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in San Diego and later went on to earn her LL.M. in taxation from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles.
Rachel is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and American Bar Association. She is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts in California and the United States Tax Court.
