David Tejtel to Head-Up Department – Jonathan Dreyfuss Joins Firm as Director of Litigation

New York, NY (Law Firm Newswire) October 29, 2014 – Dubin Research & Consulting (DRC), one of the nation’s leading litigation consulting firms, today announced the appointment of David Tejtel, as Senior Director of Litigation. The firm also announced that Jonathan Dreyfuss has joined the firm as Director of Litigation.
Tejtel joined DRC last year from Simpson Thacher & Bartlett, LLP as Director of Litigation. In his new position, Tejtel’s responsibilities will be extensive, including the crafting overarching case and trial strategy, overseeing junior members of the core strategy team, and directing the integration of DRC’s information design capabilities into case/trial strategy. Tejtel will work directly under nationally renowned litigation strategist Josh Dubin.
Dreyfuss will assume the position previously held by Tejtel and will be responsible for assisting with the development of case and trial strategy, analyzing jury research, and implementing that analysis into trial strategy recommendations.
Tejtel earned both his undergraduate and Juris Doctor Degrees from the University of Virginia and clerked under the Honorable Louise W. Flanagan, United States District Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina.
Dreyfuss received his B.A. degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and his Jurist Doctor from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was an Associate Editor of the Cardozo Law Review. Prior to being named to his position at DRC, Dreyfuss served nearly four years as an Assistant District Attorney at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office.
