A federal judge in Connecticut recently certified a class action seeking to restore benefits for veterans who received less-than-honorable discharges due to conditions directly related to their military service.
The case is similar to another class action filed by Navy and Marine Corps veterans against the Naval Discharge Review Board. The same court certified that class action in November.
