Attorney Joel Buckley Joins Jones Kahan Law

Mr. Buckley is a highly skilled litigator, with experience in personal injury, business, Chapter 11 bankruptcy, and secured transactions litigation. He has also served as in-house counsel at Liberty Mutual Insurance where his practice focused on defending a wide variety of claims. During his time as defense counsel, Mr. Buckley successfully resolved hundreds of cases at trial and arbitration.
His unique perspective will be instrumental to complex personal injury cases that Jones Kahan handles, such as personal injury, product liability, auto accidents, motorcycle accidents, trucking accidents, catastrophic injuries and wrongful death claims.
A native of Youngstown, Ohio, Joel earned his JD at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Mr. Buckley joined the firm after moving to Cincinnati with his wife, who was born and raised here. When he’s not litigating cases, Mr. Buckley can be found golfing and spending time with his family.
