Attorney Catherine Meehan Obtains 390,000 Dollar Settlement in Pedestrian Accident

The $390K settlement included $165,976.67 in past medical expenses, $163,398.68 in future medical fees, and $21,000 in childcare expenses, for the mother of young children. The woman sustained multiple injuries in the accident. Among her injuries were a tear to her left anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) and a labral tear to her left hip. The woman had to undergo reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation. Her doctors said she would need extensive future medical treatment for her injuries.
