Steinberg 2020 Scholarship Winners
Charleston, SC (Law Firm Newswire) June 22, 2020 – The South Carolina personal injury attorneys at the Steinberg Law Firm know that education and hard work are key to success. Every year, the firm gives back to students in South Carolina with five $1,000 scholarships.
Recently, Steinberg Law Firm announced the recipients of the firm’s 2020 Scholarship. Students interested in a scholarship provided their high school transcript, a list of their favorite activities and hobbies, and a detailed description of their community involvement as well as any honors or awards they have received. In addition, all applicants submitted a 700-word essay on the topic of the meaning of moral leadership in our communities. The recipients of the 2020 Steinberg Law Firm’s Scholarships are:
Kaya Lemire: After graduating from Wando High School in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, Kaya plans on attending Clemson University.
Faith James: Faith graduated from Westwood High School in Richland County, South Carolina. Faith will be attending the University of South Carolina in Columbia.
Sarah Bilton: Sarah attended Sumpter High School and will be starting at College of Charleston later this fall.
Justin Smith: Justin graduated from Ashely Ridge High School, in Dorchester County, South Carolina and will be attending the University of South Carolina later this year.
Nausan Bryant: Nausan attended C.E. Murray High School, in Williamsburg County, South Carolina and will be heading up to Florence, South Carolina to attend Francis Marion University this fall.
Each of these deserving students can use the scholarship to help cover any of the costs associated with higher education. Unlike some other scholarships, Steinberg Law Firm does not require students have an interest in pursuing a legal career, and students interested in any major were encouraged to apply.
