Elliotte Quinn Named Among Best and Brightest Under 35
Sep 30, 2019
Charleston, SC (Law Firm Newswire) September 30, 2019 – Elliotte Quinn of Steinberg Law Firm has been named as one of Charleston Business Magazine’s 2019 Best and Brightest Under 35. This honor is bestowed upon the most impressive young professionals who demonstrate career success as well as a willingness to serve their communities.
“We are extremely proud to say that Elliotte is a member of the Steinberg Law Firm family,” said David Pearlman, partner at the Steinberg Law Firm. “He is an asset to our firm and to the Charleston community at large. He is truly deserving of this distinction.”
A Charleston native and a graduate of the College of Charleston and Emory University School of Law, Quinn worked previously as a law clerk for a federal district court judge and for a South Carolina Supreme Court Justice and then as a litigator at a multi-state law firm. There he represented several national construction firms in construction defect cases and handled a wide range of other construction and litigation issues.
At Steinberg Law Firm, Quinn focuses his practice on construction law and uses his significant experience with homebuilders and the construction industry to fight for homeowners’ associations and homeowners who face damages from improper construction. These cases quickly become very complex, but his knowledge of how construction companies defend against defect claims allows Quinn to help his clients through a difficult period.
Quinn has quickly become well-regarded for his depth of knowledge within the construction law field. He regularly publishes articles on construction law topics and co-authored a chapter of the 2017 A201 Deskbook, an industry resource. He is a member of the South Carolina Bar’s Construction Law Section and the American Bar Association’s Forum on Construction Law.
In addition to his professional experience and accomplishments, Quinn does extensive service work in the community. He volunteers at a shelter for victims of domestic violence, providing legal assistance to those in need. He also serves on the board of directors of My Sister’s House, a domestic violence advocacy organization, Palmetto Project, a South Carolina non-profit to enrich the state via social and economic initiatives, and Dorchester Paws, a local animal shelter and advocacy organization. Perhaps most importantly, he is a proud husband and father to two daughters.
