OC Wills and Trusts Responds to Covid-19 Virus
Mar 19, 2020
Irvine, CA (Law Firm Newswire) March 19, 2020 – The novel coronavirus is dramatically impacting our society in countless ways, including the legal community. At OC Wills and Trust Attorneys, we will continue to provide first-rate estate planning services to the community. At the same time, our founding attorney Brian Chew is keenly aware that the safety of our staff and our clients is a priority.
Some of the steps we will be taking to protect you and our staff until the Covid-19 pandemic subsides include:
* Social Distancing — We will no longer be shaking hands with visitors to our office. Any in-office meetings will be conducted in a space with sufficient room for all.
* Office Sanitizing — All common-touch surfaces inside and outside of our offices (e.g. door handles, etc.) are frequently being sanitized by the janitorial staff.
* Clean Hands — We will request that all clients use hand sanitizer at the beginning of any meetings.
* Teleconferencing — If you are not comfortable coming to our office, we can arrange for conference calls or online meetings. Please call our office to arrange for a virtual consultation.
The Covid-19 pandemic is an unprecedented challenge for residents of Orange County, the state of California, the nation, and the global community. At the same time, it is a reminder that estate planning is crucial for everyone.
Whether you need to establish a Will or a trust, or wish to protect your assets and well-being by creating powers of attorney and advance directives for health care (e.g. healthcare proxies, Living Wills), you can count on Brain Chew and the team at OC Wills and Trusts to provide you with informed representation when you need it most.
