Reeves, Aiken & Hightower LLP Hires Summer Interns

Fort Mill, SC (Law Firm Newswire) August 20, 2012 – The South and North Carolina personal injury and criminal defense firm Reeves, Aiken & Hightower LLP employed three law student interns over the 2012 summer. Divided between the firm’s offices, the three are: Jamie White, Emory Law rising third year, in the Fort Mill office; Brice Peper, Charleston Law rising third year, in the new Charleston office; and Jessica, Charlotte Law rising second year, in the Charlotte office.
Fort Mill intern White received his undergraduate degree from Duke University, and, immediately after graduation, began his law school career at Emory.
Charleston intern Peper, a native of Charleston, attended Wando High School and went on to the Citadel where he played football in Head Coach Kevin Higgin’s first recruiting class. Also while at the Citadel, Peper was chosen by the Commandant’s Department, Citadel Senior Leadership, and the President’s Office to serve as Regimental Public Affairs Officer his senior year.
Peper received his bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from the Citadel in 2010. He immediately enrolled at the Charleston School of Law to pursue a law degree. While at the law school, he has clerked extensively on criminal defense work especially DUI defense.
Charlotte intern Lineberry received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Bluefield College (VA). After undergraduate, she joined the Vinton, VA Police Department, where she worked for two years and occasionally led the department in DUI arrests. She left the police force to pursue her law degree at Charlotte Law
The Reeves, Aiken & Hightower LLP law firm serves personal injury and criminal defense clients in both South and North Carolina. The interns join five attorneys and five paralegals, across five offices in Fort Mill, Charlotte, Columbia, Charleston, and Lake Wylie.
